GPS ERROR MESSAGE - Joeflyer - 04-06-2006
Each time I start to load FSP from the "Select Flight" menu, I get this error message:
"Error loading GPS engine. Flight plan will not be used." I always click "Ok" and go
about my business of flying. What's the quick fix to eliminate this error message?

Actually, I did a search in forums by typing in "GPS engine error" and found several threads relating to the subject. There was no technical
fix to the problem but only a suggestion by some folks to "create a flight" then "alt" to bring up the overhead menu. From there select FSP
and set up a flight. I'm sure there has to be a tech fix to this GPS engine problem, but I haven't found it, yet.
