'cause they actually passed out from hunger?!?!

I'll let someone else answer your other question. I usually fly small aircraft and don't deal with crew alot. However, if I'm not mistaking, the
serving time takes about 30 min. Pax get gradually hungrier as time passes but they shouldn't require feeding more then once every few
hours.

You're not hungry when you wake up in the morning? Wonder

lol, true, but anyone got any clues to my problem?

Additionally, there are only 2 servings of sandwiches available, and on small aircraft, you only have sandwiches (no hot food). On small planes like I
fly, my solution is like Ryanamur's; just have no crew, and there'll be no food concerns. You might consider that for large planes as well, especially
if you're make very long-ranged flights.

Re: A question and an observation... - Drew - 11-05-2006

very strange, because when i went into it to get the 'alt>fsp>about fspassengers', i took off, flew to 6000ft, then served 3 hot meals in a row

Well

And as to why it "is that when "-Most passengers are sleeping." they still get hungry??!!!," that's because there are still passengers awake. "Most"
does not mean all, so there are still people that are awake and get hungry, lol.

And I also get three hot meals, no matter what length the flight is.

Re: A question and an observation... - ste9889 - 12-05-2006

man this blows, i need them 3 meals for my flights, i only use the A340-500/600 and 767-300 for my flights, so as you can see only long
range...

Try starting your flight at about 15:00, or better yet, 21:00. I did a flight yesterday at that time, and my in-flight report told me that passengers
would feel hungry after seven hours, since we took off right after dinner.

FSPassengers' attention to details is amazing. Smile
