I havn't emptied cookies or anything in the temp files, but I've noticed that the "New" tags have not shown up when I visit the forum. But
I've clearly see new posted messages.

found... you must clear your cookies, I have done so and now the "new" are back.
Or perhaps you might try to logout login again ?
Sorry for that it's the result of the server change... I can't do anthing for that.
