Nice landing! But I'm a stickler for making the TDZ, or at least within a couple hundred feet of it. From what I could tell in your video, you
floated at least a thousand or two feet from the TDZ. No problem if you have a nice long runway, but trying to hit the TDZ is always good practice.

Nice landing man.
But sure, I must agree that I don´t have the obsession I once had for -40, -50 ft/sec landings anymore. I rather land in "theplace" with the correct glideslope and avoiding looonnnng and unrealistic flares. It´s great to read -45ft/sec in the report anyway!!

It's the part of the runway with the large thick bars on either side of the centerline.

you should have aimed for the designated runway touchdown zone.
You can also see how you float and you purposely 'dive the airplene'. That wont bedone in a real airliner. Usually you should have a steady descent rate and you shouldn't pitch down like that.
