Favorite Route - greendotspeed - 13-05-2006 The Favorite aircraft post inspired me to make this post. I was just wondering what route(s) people like to fly. Greendotspeed Re: Favorite Route - Navymmw - 13-05-2006 me. Short flight. KBOS-KJFK in either the LDS-767, or PMDG 737-700 Medium ranged flight. KBOS-(KDCA, KATL, KMCO) LDS-767 Favorite Long Haul flight KBOS-(EGKK, EGLL, LIRF) PMDG 747-400, or LDS -767. Re: Favorite Route - m_estrugo - 13-05-2006 So far, I'm doing short hops across the Andes, flying between SCEL -Santiago de Chile- and SAEZ -Buenos Aires- forth and back, and ocassionally doing some escapade to SBGL -Rio de Janeiro-. The fun you have crossing the Andes is inversely proportional to the power of your aircraft's engines and the weather. Re: Favorite Route - Valoran - 13-05-2006 My VA tools arond in the Pacific Northwest. I have 20 destinations which I randomly fly to from the last place I landed. My favorite approaches so far are in random order: a low-altitude westerly approach into KPDX or KTTD that brings your plane through the Columbia Gorge at Sunset. Flying into KMDF or KLMT in a smallish plane...Mountains are lovely and landing in fog is an adventure. Any of the coastal airports as the there is usually a little turbulence at ground level and that's worth a lot of extra FSP points if I nail the landing. I've done a little flying in Switzerland as well but not with FSP so it was all just eye-candy for me Re: Favorite Route - ste9889 - 13-05-2006 gimmie the CLS A346 and i love EGLL-KMIA Re: Favorite Route - the_nick - 13-05-2006 short :+- 1.20h/MEJ= Deurne(Belgium)-Villafranca(Italy) medium :+-5h/MEJ= Deurne(Belgium)-Hurghada(Egypt) long :+-9.30h/MTP= Giro D'italia is from Deurne to villafranca Villafranca-Catania Catania- Olbia Olbia-Villafranca Villafranca-Deurne Re: Favorite Route - RonMac - 14-05-2006 Eric Cantus 737 Glasgow EGPF to Heathrow.Gatwick i smy check flight. Re: Favorite Route - Sovek - 14-05-2006 In FS98 my favorite was flying into Ashville Regional in North Carolina. As far as FS2004, no favorite, Im just all over the place. Re: Favorite Route - Nasder - 14-05-2006 I enjoy flying "low" flights in the ATR 72-500 from like ENVA to ENBR or ENBO. Really nice looking country with the right scenery. I also enjoy doing flights over japan, from RJFF, RJBB, RJAA, RJTT and other airports. Anywhere goes, aslong as it's long enough for the aircraft I'm flying ![]() Right now, I'm starting to enjoy flights over austria and schweiz aswell. Re: Favorite Route - jboweruk - 14-05-2006 At the mo' no, but when I get an ATR then KGEG to KSEA will be my preferred flight. Re: Favorite Route - poden - 15-05-2006 I've recently been working my way across the South Pacific in a Grumman Goose. I'm now at Easter Island after working my way all the way down from Alaska. This has been some of my funnest flying, although there is no one specific route involved. I guess I'd just have to say a route across the South Pacific Islands would be my favorite. Re: Favorite Route - DeCarvalho - 16-05-2006 For shure landing at TNCM Princess Juliana Re: Favorite Route - ebolaz - 16-05-2006 I love FMEE to FIMP. Or anywhere in Spain with SpainVFR.
