I heard somewhere this has some backdoor... - Overrated - 12-05-2006
I was talking to someone on the Zone, and he said that someone from these boards said on an illegal website that this has a backdoor. I'm considering
getting this, but I would never buy something with a backdoor built in. I know piracy is a serious issue, and I am against it, but I wouldn't get
anything that puts backdoors on legitimate versions of FSPassengers. I am very concerned about my privacy, and I fear what someone could do with
something like that. I have had problems with hackers from programs with backdoors built-in.
So does this have a backdoor?

Not as far as we are aware. We have had no reports of such an issue at all

Nah, there's nothing dodgy about FSPassengers :-)
I repair computers for a living so I'm prety good at spotting naughty software and I can confidently say that the official version of FSP is
clean. The cracked versions might well contain backdoors though, a lot of pirated software does have a few 'added extras'

MY version have no backdoor at all, it's light, compact and don't
trow Sh... everywhere in your PC as many app like to do actually (I hate that
and usually such proggy stay only a few mn on my hdd)

things for what it matter I didn't wrote them
