Fspassenger Aborting Flights. - Fraze - 04-01-2018 FsPassenger is randomnly aborting flights claiming and falsely claiming that is due to warping. I have been having this issue for a while and have read every forum post and google search result pertaining to the issue. I haven't found a solution as yet. What I do know is that FsPassenger seems to be periodically freezing while the simulation is in progress. It happens randomly I can't re-create it on purpose. For example I made a 10 hour flight with no issues. But sometimes the game aborts after a 30 minutes of flying. FsPassenger is really amazing but this bug is discouraging me from using. As it makes no sense to start a 10 hour flight only for it to terminate when you are on your approach. If there is no fix for the bug is there at least a way to disable the no warp abort feature? RE: Fspassenger Aborting Flights. - Joeflyer - 05-01-2018 Hi, are you certain time compression is not used within the FSX settings? Is it set to normal or higher? If set to normal within FSX settings, maybe there is something else we can try. Also, I can't say this is a bug. Otherwise, we would all be experiencing this problem. There may be a setting or 2 that's causing this in your case. RE: Fspassenger Aborting Flights. - Fraze - 06-01-2018 No time compression used. I have had this problem with the regular DVD FSX and now with the steam edition. Throughout different operating systems and completely different systems. RE: Fspassenger Aborting Flights. - Joeflyer - 06-01-2018 If it is happening on every system you've tried then there has to be something else going on other than FsP itself. Again, I reiterate that if this was a FsP bug, we would all experience the issue. Let's start by obtaining your system specs and please post the contents of the FsP log txt and install log. Both txt file and log file can be found in the main FsP folder that resides in the Documents library. This may give us some insight but can't be for certain. |
