Hello,
I did a flight from Monaco to Tokyo, a cargo flight with no passengers.
At the end i didn't had any long flight bonus.
Ofcourse i did not used time acceleration.
Is it because of no passengers?!?!

That is correct. You certainly gain more $$ in terms of cargo because there are no diminishing returns like there are with pax flights over 1,300 NM. You could, however, choose a payload model that may have seats for 4 to 10 people so that you can get more of a flight bonus plus make considerable $$ because you will be hauling more cargo than people.
Also, FYI...I wouldn't consider this a support issue. More of a general topic.
