Hello all,
I purchased yesterday the software by simmarket.
My problem : i'm unable to go to fspassengers site with the computer where p3d is installed. I got the message ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED with Chrome and the same with firefox.
I download the soft in a different computer and make the installation with USB key, and when i'm under P3D, it's impossible to unlock the software with my seriel key received after purchasing. I got the message like ckeck system or verify you've got an internet connexion...
I try differents methods, and fspassengers is the only site where i'm blocked to access.
Is it possible my ip adress is blacklisted by the site ? It's very strange...
Can you help me ?

Edited : with alternative browser like TOR who allows different IP adress, no problem, but problem persists from P3d activation windows.

What about the anti virus software on your pc? Is it set too high? You may want to check this. Some AV software can sure cause this.

Thanks for your answer but i try without anivirus software and firewall closed. Its really seems like a banned ip adress... greetings

Use the Contact tab at the bottom of the page to send an email to Dan. provide him as much information as possible. He will be the only person to provide guidance on any IP ban.

Dan resolved my problem : see here : https://www.avsim.com/forums/topic/497609-err_connection_refused-i-get-this-when-i-go-on-the-pmdg-website-how-do-i-fix-it/The problem was with the host file and empty the dns cache !

Awesome! I've had to flush the DNS cache several times on my pc, too. My service provider gets wonky sometimes when I boot up my pc and it takes a while for the internet connection to establish. Flushing the DNS cache solves it every time.
