Soundcard vs onboard / Framerates - Ceemosp - 07-09-2006 Today I installed a new soundcard...moving away from the onboard solution....and guess WHAT ????? Framerates went up on average betweeen 4-6 fps ![]() ![]() ![]() No more hickup's when atc get's busy, no freezing........ I always wondered about the slight stutters with RC4 even though I moved it to a different disk drive. Now it seems obvious. Should have thought of earlier. I have known this for quite some time and always used an addon card. But this just reminded me that i turned onmy onboard soundcard a while back, for use with a headset when flying online. I had totaly forgotten, I'm gonna turn it off again.
