More FSX screenshots - Airliner - 20-10-2006
I just got FSX Deluxe yesterday and went up for a quick screenshot-fest. They're over on my web for convenience, in case I add more

Just a note: I was actually stunned by the performance I got out of my lowly Athlon 64 4000+. Averaged 15-35! Of course, that's not with
everything full on. One note for big iron flyers - don't bother using the autogen slider. The ground textures are so detailed (at least where I
tested) that you don't need it! It looks like GoogleEarth overlayed over the terrain mesh! I'll take it.
Maybe I'll post up more stuff on my "experience" with FSX later - maybe. I just came back from flightsim.com's forums and it's nothing but
a slap-fest over there about how bad it is.

I don't believe it!
I was just fixed up around Manchester, NH with 75% air traffic, 50% land traffic and autogen to normal, with my other stuff up full and
getting around 30fps when I did the old "F9" to start FRAPS recording and BANG! Shut me right down to about 9fps!
Turned off FRAPS and back up again. I did the same thing at KPWM and went from 40 fps to 13! Okay, THAT's a problem.
