ai aircraft - samiranks - 27-05-2006 wouldnt it be nice if fsx could have a program to download current flightplan for aircrafts something like livetraffic. that would be cool. I know due to legal reasons fsx couldnt have the major airline's name in flightsim wouldnt happen, but at least for us to be able to download the freeware paint and have the flightplan available Re: ai aircraft - Dutch64 - 28-05-2006 It's already possible in a way now, you can download the schedules for several airlines and add them to you traffic proggy. Maybe you mean something else? Re: ai aircraft - samiranks - 30-05-2006 what i meant is an engine like the jeppessen that can download the updated flightplan for major airlines. Not like the ultimate traffic or traffic 2004 etc. something that microsoft generates as an agreement with a source for up to date flightplan info.... Re: ai aircraft - vollmey - 30-05-2006 FSlive does that, it shows real world traffic (North America - to and from). http://www.airnavsystems.com/ANFS/index.htm I own it, it's not bad, I had to change out some of the models because they where bad, and I mean bad. But on a whole it pretty good. ![]() aaah, but reading you post again, if you want current flightplans http://www.flightaware.com is the best. I copy and paste the plans into FSbuild and then it generates it for FS, PMDG, PSS formats etc.... I wish I could find a similar service for in Europe and Asia. Post Edited ( 05-30-06 05:22 ) Re: ai aircraft - jboweruk - 02-06-2006 What I'd really like to see is the ability to pick a flight by the schedule of whatever airline you fly for in FS. Ie I fly for Landmark so when I pick the plane FS offers me a list of possible routes from the airport I'm currently at, and when I have landed and exited FS the next time I launch the last airport I was at becomes my default airport. Now THAT would be cool. |
