maybe at this point we would deserve at least one word from Dan.

I think a lack of respect with us consumers the way Dan treats us, he said that probably at the end of the year would be the new version, but does not inform us, I think a little more attention would be cool for lovers of his program .

What? You just said your self that Dan told us "probably at the end of the year" - is it the end of the year? Nope. You were already told what to expect, what more do you want fro Dan? I don't think the way Dan treats "us" is the problem, it's the other way around. Prepar3d V4 is a brand new product, Dan is not even obligated to support it, but he's doing his best and we should all be grateful that he's making it happen, even if it takes a while.

there are other options..for instance I use FSAirlines and also use FS Cabin Crew and both work quite well.  You can use that until SimAir comes out later next year.

Also according to some developers, sold products with P3D v4 users are now well ahead of the pack vs older sims so it's actually in Dan's best interest TO support P3D v4 onward.  Sorry to the 32 bit users out there but those platforms are dead.  It's now X-Plane 11 or P3D v4 and I guess to a certain degree FSW.

Stardrifter, I completely understand everything you said, but I think keeping fans of your product up-to-date on the progress would be kind and why not more transparent, what does it cost you to pay attention to your customers? Mainly "customers" because the product has cost.

Dan was quite clear about his time estimation. Also, when LM comes out with another update during this process, Dan has to code FsP for compatibility. He is literally having to re-write the thousands of lines of code just to bring FsP up to 64-bit compatibility.

we are just saying that a "Hi guys, i am at this point" would be nice. Would take him 2 minutes.

In Dans first post in this thread he did say the following "I'll keep this thread up to date, watch it regularly (or subscribe to it) to stay informed".

I think he should at least honour what he as agreed to do, to not update people is not great business sense. And he certainly doesn't answer support emails, as I've not had a reply back from a email I sent him in June 2017.

At the moment it is filled only with disappointed customers ahahaha

The worst is that we draw attention to Dan and some are against, saying to leave Dan to work ... A serious company, keep their customers updated, Dan would not lose 2min publishing something, if he does not want to continue, so say so we did not wait.
