I agree, I will tell my way to think, many will not agree, but, if I'm a hobby Dev and I see that my product likes a lot of people and then I don't have much more time to continue the devlopment, but i know that many people are asking that, i would consider to sell the license to another company that are intrested in the product and will make it a compatible in a reasonable time, 1 year is very long time, and after you start to use again P3d without Fspassengers for a very long time, only feew after this experience will go back, especially if you have to buy it again.

I already bought it twice, the first time for FSX , then for P3d V3 and now I should wait one year and then buy again, well, if it's a completly new product may be, but if it's the same one made compatible, I don't think I will, or in case for a very reasonable price, I spent my 50 bucks on Fspassengers, other 20 or 30? for a total of 70? It's like I am buying 3 ORBX products with that money or a PMDG product

I would sell it if it's very hard to use the new sdk for V4 or if I dont have much time as before due my private life.  Sad but on this way, the customers will remain with the product and it will not die.

Try giving Dan 3 chances..I bought for FS9, FSX, and P3D.....I now use FSAirlines fulltime and with REX just about done with Sky Force all hands will be on deck developing REX SimAir. I am NOT sticking with an older version of a sim with archaic code just to have FSPassengers when FS Cabin Crew and FSAirlines do pretty much what FSPassengers does. I recommend for those waiting to make the jump to P3D V4 just get FS Cabin Crew and either FS Captain (i tried and am not a fan of the UI) or FSAirlines (you can either join an airline or buy a membership to start your own). P3D V4 is just WAY TOO GOOD of a sim to wait for FSP. Trust me. I do not have everything maxed (i'm close) but my sim is as smooth as the days of FS9. No more micro stutters.

I´ll wait FSPassengers no Matter how many time it takes to be compatible with P3dV4.
Take your time Dan.
Fred.

I look at most if not all addons so you may call me obsessive compulsive with FS Operational Overuse Syndrome in my wrists as well as being your personal spoilt brat because nobody has suggested that to me before so I am all yours.
I enjoy communication yesterday and no put downs today.
Mainly I find that real world pilots are quickest to put ppl down in this GAME.
Thank you for your prompt reply to my post - you've captured the essence of timely communication.
I will, like always, compare one similar addon to another ~ most I discard.

How are you everseen? How's your head injury?

Is there any official news on how to get Dan to work with the work?

RE: [official] information about Prepar3D v4 (64 bits version) - MrUnSavory - 27-09-2017

This is the bad part of the flight sim community. A Bunch of whiners and snivelers who want it NOW!!! 1 guy claims to be 62 but talks like a 5 year old. Look, if you don't want to wait go buy another product, you will not be missed. I will continue to wait patiently as adults do and when it is done it is done. Not because people are out here crying like little kids.

I have also been playing flight sim since 1985. Started on an amber screen monitor on an old IBM.

Dan? Stiff upper lip my friend and don't let the pamper crowd upset you. We know the product will be done when it is done and will be fabulous as always.  Smile

Dan gave you a refund, so why are you complaining??

That refund you are referring to was for a second FSX version purchase I made years ago at the flightsimstore.. I still supported him with all three versions and would never ask for a refund on product I have used too many times to count.  i asked for a refund because I accidentially bought the same version twice.  Yes that was my mistake...

By the way where do you see me complaining?  I'm not saying FSPassenger is a bad product.  It isn't.  Maybe you misinterpreted my tone in my post? I am simply suggesting that for those that are growing impatient that there are other options.  Just trying to help others with suggestions.  For myself I went back to FSAirlines instead of coming on here moaning and b*tching.

My other comment was basically a response to a suggestion - can't remember if it was yours or not -  to stay with P3D v3 or other sim to wait.  I'm not sure if you tried P3D v4 however it is way too good of a sim to just not use it because I need to wait for 1 simple program to be released for it.  It is THAT good!!  That is another reason I flipped back to FSAirlines.  v4 is too good of a sim to wait for FSP.

Good afternoon Dan and friends, you informed the deadline probably at the end of the year, could you tell us how the work is going?
Thank you

RE: [official] information about Prepar3D v4 (64 bits version) - spilfred - 06-10-2017

Prepar3d update to 4.1 is coming. Maybe the new version allow developers to write the codes easier and the FSPassengers fucionalities more simple to develop.

I hope so.

Fred.

RE: [official] information about Prepar3D v4 (64 bits version) - Helix1250 - 16-10-2017

Sadly I don't think a update on progress is going to come anytime soon, the developer hasn't even logged in to here since 31-07-2017.

Lucky this isn't a support forum, oh wait!

Rob
