Well I uninstalled it and reinstalled several times to see if it changed but still the same problem

I just tried without the addon and the game still crashes so it's not addon!

In fact it was my doubt that it didn't depend on fspassengers.
Try with a clean uninstall and reinstall of FSX-SE
Save your FsP folder then follow this

Any time -SE is updated, FsP for -SE is broken. It's been well known for a long time but Dan is not keeping up with the -SE updates.
