Might have it fixed now.
I went back on the Nvidia driver to version 376.09 and i flew EGLL to KIAD UK2000 scenery and Flightbeams KIAD without any problem,more testing tomorrow but it looks good.

Another flight done over 5 hours and no problems.
So in my case it seems like a bad nvidia driver that caused my problems.
