One small problem I continuously have with ATC, is departure liking to switch me over to Center right when I'm nearing my initial cleared-
to altitude. Normally, I'll continue my climb through my cleared to altitude while switching to Center, however then Center comes on
telling me to "descend and maintain blah blah blah". I can't stand that! When it does happen, I'll usually just cancel the IFR, and re-open
it. Not very realistic, and somewhat of a pain (since going to the flight plan screen pauses the sim), but you gotta do what you gotta do!

I've also leveled out a few times at my initial clearance altitude to wait on ATC (when switching frequencies). I'm sure the PAX in the back
love climbing at 4000'/min, then levelling out for 20 seconds (at the same time cutting the throttle down to 70% N1 or so to ensure that I
don't exceed my max. airspeed), then initiating a climb at 4000'/min, and setting the engines to max climb N1 right away! Must be VERY
comfortable!

Damn ATC! Can't they simply issue altitude clearances SOONER???? Maybe even 1000' before reaching our clearance altitude
(although at some climb rates, this will still send the aircraft into altitude acquisition mode)? I don't wanna ask for too much, but 1000'
should be enough for a start. Eventually they'll increase it to 3-5000', or something more reasonable (we can only hope).
